What is your cancellation policy?

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at anytime.
  • Customer can cancel an order at any time BEFORE the order is shipped. We typically ship orders wishing 1-3 business days. Once the order has been shipped the customer cannot cancel the order.

What is your return/replacement policy?

  • Customer must contact us to return the product within 60 days of receiving the order.
  • The items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving a reply and authorization code.
  • Customer is responsible for paying additional shipping costs for the return.
  • No Returns or Exchanges are allowed for custom-made, special-order, and irregular sized item.
  • Returns and Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
    1. The item is in the brand-new, original condition with tags attached. Item must not have been altered in any way, shape or form, has not been worn or washed, no make-up, dirt, etc. Item is returned in its original packing and is received by
    2. Return/Exchange Authorization Code must be visible on the outside of the return package.
