Credit Card Processing

We do not automatically charge credit cards when orders are placed. When a customer places an order, our system verifies the information provided and places an authorization hold on the card. This hold ensures that the amount of the order is reserved for us. The funds are NOT transferred to us until the card is actually charged. If your card is not charged within 3-4 business days, the hold is removed. Some credit card companies keep the hold for up to 30 days if the amount is over $100.

Credit cards are charged only after we have confirmed availability and manually inspected each item to ensure that it is free of defects. If the item is on back order, the credit card will not be charged until the item is in stock and ready to ship.

The order processing system automatically deletes all credit card numbers after 30 days for the customer's security.
