    1. Returns are accepted (minus 10% restocking fee) ONLY under the following conditions:



    a. The item is in the original condition as at the time of purchase.

    b. The items have not been altered in any way, shape or form.

    c. The item is in brand-new condition, no make-up, dirt, etc.

    d. The item has not been worn (with the exception of trying on for size).

    e. Tags have not been removed.

    f. Item has not been washed.

    g. Item is returned in its original packing.

    h. Item is received by AlSundus.com.

    i. Return Authorization Code is obtained from AlSundus.com via email or phone within 3 days of USPS or UPS delivering the items to you.

    j. Return Authorization Code must be visible on the outside of the return package.

    k. The return form with the name, address, phone, order number, name on the credit card and reason for return must be included in the package and also remember to email to customerservice@alsundus.com. Please note: any returns without the form in the package will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    l. Customer is responsible for paying additional shipping costs for the return.

    m. Return must be post-marked within 3 days of obtaining Return Authorization Code.

    n. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the return as well as the charges incurred for the original purchase.

    o. Refunds will be in the form of original payment or store credit depending on the reason for return.


    2. Exchanges are accepted within ONLY under the following conditions:



    a. The item is in the original condition as at the time of purchase.

    b. The items have not been altered in any way, shape or form.

    c. The item is in brand-new condition, no make-up, dirt, etc.

    d. The item has not been worn (with the exception of trying on for size).

    e. Tags have not been removed.

    f. Item has not been washed.

    g. Item is returned (for exchange) in its original packing.

    h. Item is received by AlSundus.com.

    i. Exchange Authorization Code is obtained from AlSundus.com via email or phone within 3 days of USPS delivering the items to you.

    j. Exchange Authorization Code must be visible on the outside of the return package.

    k. A letter stating the name, address, phone, order number, name on the credit card and reason of exchange must be included in the package and also remember to email to customerservice@alsundus.com. Please note any exchanges without letter in the package will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    l. Customer is responsible for paying additional shipping costs for the exchange.

    m. Exchange must be post-marked within 3 days of obtaining Exchange Authorization Code.


    3. No Returns or Exchanges are allowed for custom-made, special-order, and irregular sized item.
